The Council is giving girls the option of extending their Cookie Program by one week! This is being offered to help girls reach their goals, allowing girls to count cookies sold during this additional week towards their incentives, plus help to Council to reach our cookie goal.
Original due dates for payments and final paperwork will remain the same. However, payment for any additional cases obtained during this extended week of sales will be due on March 15th to your Service Unit Cookie Manager. Only payments and reports that will be extended are for those cookies taken from cupboards during this additional week of sales. All original dates apply to previous orders and transactions.
Please inform us of your intentions if you would like to take advantage of this opportunity. We must have your response by 5:00 on Wednesday, March 2nd at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Also, let us know of booth sale locations that you would be interested in and we will attempt to obtain the proper approvals for you.
Why are we making this option available?
Short and sweet, the Girl Scout Cookie Program will be over
before we know it and there are only one weekend remaining in this year’s
normal program! We
are requesting your continued support for the remainder of the sale to encourage
girls in their mission to reach goals. Girl Scout Cookie Sale proceeds are critical
to keeping Girl Scout programs affordable and available to every girl. We need your help to help our girls, and the council, to reach our goals. Please encourage girls to continue
selling in their communities and at booth sale locations by opting in for the additional week. Email email@example.com by Wednesday, March 2 by 5 p.m. to be included.
