Local Girl Scout Bridges on the Golden Gate Bridge

More than 5,400 Junior Girl Scouts from 13 states were invited to walk across one of the country's most famous bridges to commemorate their advancement through Girl Scouting at the 30th Annual Golden Gate Bridging, and Kamryn "KK" Keilty was a part of this West Coast tradition!

KK ceremoniously became a Cadet Girl Scout while crossing the Golden Gate Bridge on May 7, 2011 in a day-long event in San Francisco's Presidio.  The celebration not only included crossing the bridge but a full day of fun in the Presidio, as well as hands-on opportunities at vendor booths.

Congratulations KK from Cordova Troop 10303!

Congratulations KK. Being a Girl Scout is something you will always remember, and walking across the Golden Gate Bridge with your troup is also an esperience you will always remember. I know, I did it with my troup over 60 years ago!!
