Tennesse College Tour: Part 2

Written by Ruth, Shakyla, Alex and Allison

Today we left our awesome hotel at 10:30 a.m. and drove an hour to Sewanee to arrive there at 10:30 a.m. - Time Zone changes are weird!  Seeing mountains was a nice change of scenery for these West Tennessee girls.  Sewanee was pretty cool the architecture reminded us a lot of Hogwarts from the Harry Potter movies.  The campus was quiet and calm and the class sizes are small.  The food is reason enough to go to Sewanee - the Mac 'N Cheese is a must!!!  Sewanee also has tons of outdoor activities to enjoy on their 13,000 acres of land.  They also have really cool PE classes that include flying and skydiving.  Another cool fact about Sewanee is that 50% of their students Study Abroad.  After leaving Sewanee we drove to MTSU in Murfreesboro, TN that school had an awesome library and rec center.  It's a much bigger school than Sewanee, but easily accessible.  They have cool academic programs like Aviation and they have a super cool Student Center coming soon!!!  After leaving MTSU we drove to Nashville where we had dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe.
