We Lead: Women. Elevated. is an inclusive leadership institute
experience for women across the Mid-South.
We Lead seeks to encourage, empower, and equip women of all
backgrounds with the courage, confidence, and character required to
serve as inspiring role models and catalysts for change wherever they
live, work, and volunteer.
THE MISSION of We Lead is to provide accessible, quality leadership
training to women of all backgrounds helping them to develop into
ethical, culturally competent, civic-minded leaders with the
practical skills and personal integrity needed to make a positive
impact in every facet of their lives.
Open to all registered GSHS female adults ages 23 and older across
the Mid-South, We Lead participants will meet monthly to learn from a
wide variety of experts about topics and characteristics or attributes
vital to today’s most successful leaders. We Lead participants will
meet to network and learn from a wide variety of experts about topics
and characteristics or attributes vital to today's most successful

ABOUT WE LEAD
We Lead is open to all registered GSHS female adults ages 23 and
older across the Mid-South.
· Session 1: Tuesday, March 31st, 2020. This session will be
6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Introductions will be held as well
as a panel discussion on "What does it mean to be a Leader"
and overview of the rest of the sessions. Please be prepared to
introduce yourself – Name, Occupation, Volunteer position with GSHS
and three interesting things about you that you want to share with the group.
· Session 2: Tuesday, April 14 - Establishing Your Personal Brand
· Session 3: Tuesday, April 28 - Confidence in Communicating
· Session 4: Tuesday, May 5 - Creating a Work/Life Balance
· Session 5: Tuesday, May 19 - Financial Leadership
· Session 6: Tuesday, June 2 - This session will meet
6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and end with
the We Lead Graduation
