The Girl Scout Gold Award represents the highest achievement in Girl
Scouting. Open only to girls in high school, this prestigious award
challenges you to change the world—or at least your corner of it, and
be eligible for college scholarships,
too. By the time you put the final touches on your seven-step project,
you'll have solved a community problem—not only in the short term, but
for years into the future.
GSUSA is now offering girls across the country a new online approval system for their Girl Scout Gold Award proposals called Go Gold Online. This girl friendly, web-based system will allow consistency in submission and accurate data collection on a national scale. New candidates must create an account and begin their proposal submission process. Candidates who were approved to work on their Gold Award using the paper forms between 2012 - June 1, 2015 must create an account and upload their already approved proposal content before they can submit their final report.
We are here to help you Go Gold!
Join us at one of the upcoming trainings to learn about the requirements, necessary paper work, timing of your projects and deadlines. Training is
MANDATORY for any girl who wishes to pursue earning the Girl Scout Gold Award.

Summer of Creativity Grants - Apply by August 10, 2015
Young change-makers can now apply for a Summer of Creativity Grant to help make their community greener, safer, smarter, healthier, cleaner, or fairer. Winners receive a $500 grant to help make a lasting, positive change in the world.
Who are we looking for? Young people who are creating lasting, positive change through volunteer and community service projects. We're especially interested in youth-led projects that highlight the creativity and commitment of young people working to meet the needs of others. If you are a young person already involved in volunteering, we want to help you continue your story of service!
The goal? To recognize young change-makers, and support them on their mission to help others.
