We know you have BIG plans! Plans to travel, to help your community, to fund your Girl Scout adventures - that's why we are offering the Dream Big. Do Bigger This Summer Girl Scout Cookie opportunity. This rare special opportunity will have girls earning $2 per cookie box sold!

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

  • Starting Monday, June 1 - July 31 Girl Scout Cookies picked-up at a local Leadership Center, or Greenwood Cookie Cupboard can earn $2 per box profit!
  • Pick-ups will need to be scheduled by emailing info@girlscoutshs.org. A confirmation will be sent to you with pick-up directions.
  • Participants can pick-up solid or mixed cases, as long as it is a full case (12) boxes of cookies.
  • Cookies must be sold at normal council retail pricing ($5 Thin Mints, Samoas, Trefoils, Tagalongs, and Do-Si-Dos, and $6 for S’mores and Toffee-tastic).
  • No girl/troop/service unit rewards will be offered through the Dream Big, Do Bigger Summer opportunity.
  • Cookies cannot be returned.

TROOP PARTICIPATION

  • Troops must be in good-standing with the council to participate.
  • Troops will deposit all money into their troop bank account.
  • An ACH draft will occur on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 for all cookies received, minus proceeds.
  • Troop balances will be available in the eBudde Demo site.
  • Contact Brittan Davis at brittan.davis@girlscoutshs.org for access to the eBudde demo site.

GIRL PARTICIPATION

  • Parents/guardians may pick-up cookies on behalf of their registered Girl Scouts if their troop is not participating.
  • Girl Scout families would pay wholesale price per case of cookies (Thin Mint, Samoas, Trefoils, Tagalongs, Do-Si-Dos $36/ S’mores and Toffee-tastics $48) at time of pick-up,
  • Profit earned on Girl Scout Cookies should be used in the following ways: Girl Scout national membership dues, supplies, materials for service projects, badges and awards and other items for her Girl Scout experience, including program registration fees, travel registrations in Girl Scouts, offered by the council or her local service unit.
  • Individuals must be in good-standing with the council to participate.


SERVICE UNIT PARTICIPATION

  • Service Units have the ability to participate by picking up additional cookies to supplement their Girl Scouts Families First efforts.
  • Service Unit will deposit all money into their service unit bank account. Service Units must have a Service Unit ACH form on file with the council.
  • An ACH draft will occur on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 for all cookies received, minus proceeds.
  • Service Unit balances will be emailed to the Service Unit Manager and Service Unit Cookie Manager by Monday, August 3.


NOTICE REGARDING PUBLIC SALES
If you are considering hosting a cookie booth in a public space, Girl Scouts, volunteers and family members at the event must adhere to all CDC, state and local health guidelines, including the use of face coverings and other personal protection items as recommended by the CDC, maintaining six feet between customers where possible, and utilizing touch-free payment options.
