The image seen through a kaleidoscope is constantly changing, just as individuals and society experience frequent change.

At Kaleidoscope Leadership Conference girls and volunteers will tackle issues of change and consider how to become active and impactful change-makers in their time.

Open to all women and high school-aged girls, the Kaleidoscope National Leadership Conference experience aims to provide participants with the building blocks and tools necessary to become understanding and engaged leaders and to be the change they wish to see in their world.

Join us for an afternoon of excitement and inspiration led by prominent female change-makers from across the region!

Renown keynote speaker Rose Flenorl, Global Citizenship Manager for FedEx, will set the tone for a day guaranteed to inspire the change-agent in YOU!

The 2021 Kaleidoscope National Leadership Conference will include sessions on diversity and women in the media. Members of the FedEx Women in Leadership group will take you through their inspiring new book "True Grit" - which explores what it takes to become a real woman of impact in today's world - and share their stories with you! And participants will take part in a panel discussion about how women can take action in their communities led by women who have done just that!
