Ready to help your community and earn one of the highest awards in Girl Scouting? Cadettes can team up with a small group of up to 3 fellow Girl Scouts or work on their own. To earn the Silver Award, you will research an issue you care about, make a plan to address it, and then take action to improve your community.

Have completed a Cadette Journey
GSUSA has a 3-part training for the Silver Award located in gsLearn. Registered adults can access the training. Host a training night with your girls and troop parents and go through the online training together! See link and additional information at the bottom of this page.
