Join us for our annual Gumdrop event! This event is not just about
building gingerbread houses-it's about designing structures that can
endure the forces of nature and learning about the engineering
process. Throughout the event, girls will learn basic principles of
engineering such as structural balance, and support. They'll also
explore the science behind earthquakes and the importance of building
strong structures. Girls will take their gingerbread house home and
will earn a fun patch!
*5 Adult volunteers are needed for this
event. Please only sign up for a volunteer spot if you plan on staying
and helping with the event.
This is not a drop off event. Troops must adhere to supervision ratios. Adults attending as chaperones do not need to register.
